Children in Susan Fleming and Jennifer Sullivan’s 4th grade class of Walla Walla’s Tri-Parish Religious Education Program decorated Easter eggs and put together Easter baskets for children residing at the Women’s Shelter in Walla Walla. This was the second of the classe’s Social Justice Projects, fostering an awareness of the needs of others around the world, and locally. Last December, the children decorated little canvas bags and filled them with a variety of things for Christmas, then sent them off to Children’s Village in Bosnia Hercegovina.
