Cataldo’s eighth graders studied the novel To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee. They then attended a reenactment of the trial scene from the book at the Barbieri Courtroom at Gonzaga University’s School of Law. The production was part of Spokane’s “Big Read,” which celebrated the 50th Anniversary of Harper Lee’s classic.
