Gayle Olmstead Schock (left) was honored recently as the Distinguished Graduate of St. Patrick School, Spokane, by the school’s Alumni Association. Schock graduated in 1967, a member of a family with five generations of involvement with the parish and four generations with the school. She served as the school’s bookkeeper for 21 years and devoted countless hours as a parent volunteer as well.
