Father Darrin Connall, rector of Bishop White Seminary and Director of Vocations for the diocese, was guest speaker, along with Jesuit Father Robert Spitzer, president of Gonzaga University, at a recent meeting of the Spokane Serra Club. The priests were given paintings of the original Bishop White Seminary building, which will soon make way for a new Bishop White Seminary. The paintings were the work of Seattle artist Patti Simpson Ward. Serra Clubs work to foster vocations to the priesthood and Religious life, and reinforce the spiritual growth of their members.
