Over 25 young men from parishes throughout the diocese visited Bishop White Seminary on Nov. 18 to attend a “Come and See Sunday.” The annual event, sponsored by the diocese’s Vocation Office, is an opportunity for young men who are thinking about or seriously discerning priesthood to visit with seminarians and priests and learn more about the discernment process. Participants were able to hear presentations by seminarians, priests and laity, as well as take part in small group discussions. The afternoon ended with Evening Prayer in the seminary chapel and a shared meal prepared and provided by the Serra Club of Spokane.
