The Catholic Daughters of the Americas are sponsoring an educational contest for Catholic students in grades 4-12.

Categories include art, poetry, posters, essays, music composition, and computer art.

The themes of this year’s competitions are “Spreading the Love of Jesus” and “How Can I Help Promote Peace in the World?”

The contest is open to all Catholic students in grades 4 through 5, 6 through 8, and 9 through 12 in the Spokane area.

Members of Catholic Daughters Court 196 can enter the contest in the Adult section.

All entries must be submitted by the contest deadline of February 15, 2006.
