The Poor Clare Sisters’ annual Tea and Fashion Show, held April 6 at the Doubletree Hotel in downtown Spokane, was another rousing success this year. Home-made clothing of all kinds was modeled by a number of individuals. At left is Jesuit Father Matthew Gamber, spiritual director for Bsihop White Seminary, modeling a chasuble made his mother’s wedding dress. At right are two long-time friends, Nia and Emmy, sporting fashions made, respectively, by grandmother and mother. (IR photos)
